What do you think makes DLA Piper different to other law firms?

What sets DLA Piper apart is its strong emphasis on developing its people. The firm invests in providing exposure to clients, high-profile transactions, and dynamic market opportunities early in your career. This approach accelerates professional growth and empowers colleagues to take ownership of their development. In addition, new ideas are always welcomed and considered.

The firm fosters a deep sense of collaboration across its global offices, encouraging synergy and knowledge sharing across borders. This interconnectedness allows for diverse perspectives, enhances the firm's collective expertise, and provides team members with a global experience, positioning them to thrive in a rapidly evolving legal landscape.

What pro bono or sustainability-related activities have you been involved in?

Since 2018, I've led and coordinated the Know Your Rights initiative for the Luxembourg office. This programme empowers approximately 30 asylum seekers and refugees per year by increasing their legal knowledge and soft skills. Around 20 lawyers and business services colleagues are involved in the project each year and it's one example of the firm's commitment to promoting diversity and giving back to the community.
